Cancellation Policy
1. Notice Period
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
3. No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost before rebooking.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other clients. A late fee may apply.
5. Deposits (Optional)
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, such as color corrections or bridal bookings. Deposits are applied to the final balance at checkout.
6. Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
7. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.
